Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ARJONIS sourcing engine. They are written around what the product actually does - sourcing, ranking, outreach, and scheduling - and the responsibilities that come with handling candidate data.

By creating an ARJONIS account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ARJONIS Private Limited provides a platform that sources candidates against a role's requirements, ranks them by fit with the reasoning shown, drafts outreach for review, and coordinates interview scheduling. The service supports pre-hire sourcing and screening and is not an employee or HR records system.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at signup and for activity under your account. Login details are issued to the email provided at signup, and you must keep those credentials secure.

Acceptable use

  • Use ARJONIS only to source and screen candidates for genuine open roles.
  • Do not use the platform to harass candidates or to send outreach you have not reviewed.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.
  • Do not use candidate data for any purpose beyond the hiring the data was sourced for.

Candidate data responsibilities

Where you run searches as a hiring customer, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to source and contact candidates for your roles, and for handling their data in line with applicable law. ARJONIS processes that data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI ranking and your decisions

The fit score and rankings are decision-support tools. They narrow and order candidates and explain why, but they do not make hiring decisions. Final judgment - who to contact, interview, and hire - remains yours. You agree not to treat a ranking as an automated decision about a candidate.

Outreach and sending

Outreach drafted by ARJONIS is held for your review. Nothing is sent under your name until you approve it, and you are responsible for the content of messages you approve to send.

Plans and trials

Plans are sized by the number of open roles, as set out on the Pricing page. Trials are provided so you can evaluate the service on your own roles. Paid plan terms are agreed directly with our team.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on a commercially reasonable basis and may improve or change features over time. We will not reduce the core sourcing and ranking capability your plan is built on without reasonable notice.

Liability

ARJONIS supports hiring decisions; it does not guarantee a hire or the suitability of any candidate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
